Kings barn. This house has a unique history within the area. One of the few houses built by the renowned architect Major Kenneth Hutchinson-Smith a major architect of his time. He designed a number of properties in Wolverhampton in 17th century style specialising in old bricks with part white painted rendered exterior, tiled roof, dormer windows and including the re-claimed beams from 18th and 19th century Manor houses.
